NAVIFLEX® COAT NI

Transparent two-component product based on modified epoxy-polyurethane resins, solvent-free and without risk phrase H351. The product is usually used for all those areas where immediate blocking of oxidation and an increase in resistance to chemical factors such as salts, various acids (no nitric acid), bases, petrol and hydrocarbons in general are needed.

The product is generally used for the treatment of technical areas, tanks, machineries, pumps, compressors, refrigeration circuits, ventilation, extractor hoods and alike.

Furthermore, once hardened, it creates a special protective film that offers high resistance to water, humidity, heat and atmospheric agents, as well as to oils and salt and chlorinated waters.

NAVIFLEX® PU DIELETRIC CARPET

Innovative product designed to provide continuous dielectric insulation, certified for the electrical absorption of components, floorings and ceilings as well as for the sealing of components for the electrical and electronic sector. The product id made to insulate equipment and metal components (steel, aluminum and alloys of conductive materials in general) with low, medium and high voltage. It can be supplied both in the liquid version for in situ applications and in the version of carpets and/or tiles and/or pre-assembled rolls with technical specifications such as dimensions, colors, aesthetic effects, thicknesses (3 to 5mm) and non-slip effect fully customizable on request. The product also provides significant vibration damping and so – as a direct advantage – also noise reduction.
Once completely hardened, it forms a special non-slip elastic and protective film that offers high resistance to water, moisture, heat and atmospheric agents, as well as oils and salt water.

Naviflex® NI Transparent

Two-component product based on epoxy-polyurethane resins. Self-levelling/casting. A product suitable for floorings with an high aesthetic effect. The product is characterized by an high gripping power and by a resistance to acid/alkaline detergents, solvents and degreasers. Also available in a colored version upon request. Commonly used for internal and external decks, stairs, corridors, accommodation rooms, toilets/restrooms, warehouses and storerooms, offices. Available in a version resistant to very aggressive chemical factors and in a version suitable for potable water, without migration of substances/colors. The product is available also in NAVIFLEX® NI PIGMENTED version of the required RAL color.
